Sciatic Stretcher is a superior built product that if it is used for its original purpose, can last 5 years. If it should break during normal intended use, please contact our customer service department Support@Sciatic-Stretcher.com for replacement of Sciatic Stretcher product.
The purchaser will be responsible for mailing the broken device back to address where it was shipped from at their expense, before a replacement will be issued to determine if it was a defect with, normal intended use and before a replacement will be issued. The purchaser must present the original purchase order number when contacting customer service at Support@Sciatic-Stretcher.com
